TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
 

By submitting your music to East Indigo Records (“Label”), you (“Submitter”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Submission Eligibility

    •    You must be the original creator and/or authorized representative of the music being submitted.

    •    You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian if under 18.

 

2. Grant of Listening Rights

    •    By submitting your music, you grant East Indigo Records a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to listen to, evaluate, and internally share the submitted material for the purposes of considering a potential partnership or release.

 

3. Ownership

    •    You retain full ownership and copyright of your submitted material unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    Submission does not guarantee release, signing, or compensation.

 

4. Originality and Rights Clearance

    •    You warrant that your submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including samples, lyrics, or performances.

    •    You are responsible for clearing any third-party rights before submission.

 

5. Confidentiality and Use

    •    East Indigo Records will make reasonable efforts to keep your submission confidential within its internal A&R and creative teams.

    •    The Label will not publicly release, distribute, or exploit your submission without further agreement.

 

6. No Obligation

    •    Submission does not obligate East Indigo Records to offer a contract, provide feedback, or engage in further communication.

    •    All decisions regarding submission acceptance are final and at the sole discretion of the Label.

 

7. Indemnification

    •    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless East Indigo Records and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.

 

8. Governing Law

    •    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of AZ, without regard to conflict of law principles.
